At Bed Glow and Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the conditions outlined below.
14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return, in line with European Union regulations.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
● The item must be in the same condition as received;
● Unworn, unused, with tags attached;
● In its original packaging;
● A proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
How to Start a Return

After your return request is accepted, we will send you:
● A return shipping label;
● Instructions on how and where to send the package.
⚠ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If your product is:
● Damaged;
● Defective;
● Or the wrong item was delivered;
Contact us immediately with photo evidence. We'll review the case and provide a solution as quickly as possible.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns for the following:
● Custom or personalized products;
● Gift cards;
● Sale items or items marked as final sale.
If you're unsure about your item, feel free to email us before purchasing.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, we recommend:
1. Returning your original order (after approval);
2. Placing a new order separately.
EU Cooling-Off Period
For customers within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period where you can cancel or return your order for any reason, without explanation.
Same return conditions apply:
● Unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging;
● Proof of purchase required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
● Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method;
● Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear on your account;
● Bank or credit card processing times may vary.

We ship from our warehouse located in Utrecht, Netherlands, and currently offer shipping across Europe and to selected international destinations, depending on availability and applicable regulations.

All orders are processed within 3 to 8 business days from the date of purchase. Processing time may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, and the performance of the selected shipping carrier.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
● Netherlands shipping takes approximately 2 to 3 business days.
● EU Shipping takes approximately 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location and the courier service used.
All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track the status of your order directly through the courier’s website.
Customs and Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are not included in your order total. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the customs authority of the destination country.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes . Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
